FAQ

The fourth annual BEE4SAR Day is on Tuesday, May 21, 2019.  BEE4SAR Day kicks off SAR’s Annual Shavuot Appeal, the final campaign of the academic year. Click here to make your gift now!

BEE4SAR Day is an opportunity for the SAR community to unite to help fund programs that ensure generations of students are prepared to lead and live a Torah-centered life. Monies benefit programs for more than 1,500 students and their families and supports our talented faculty as they guide our children on a unique educational journey.

This year, as we celebrate our 50th anniversary, we ask you to partner with us to reaffirm SAR’S commitment to securing our legacy by investing in Jewish education. On BEE4SAR day we count on hundreds of donations that when accumulated together create one significant gift. Our goal is to maximize community participation and achieve over 613 gifts - which means every gift, at any amount, matters and gets us to our goal.

When you donate on BEE4SAR Day and the Shavuot Appeal you ensure the values SAR has transmitted for decades will continue for the next generations of students. The themes of Torah study and education especially resonate during Shavuot during which time it is customary to offer tzedakah in support of Jewish education.
